Ray is the Co-Founder and CEO of Saros Consulting. He is passionate about strategic business and IT alignment and is an innovative and adaptable professional with a highly effective mix of ICT and business skills. He has a proven track record of increasing operational efficiencies, controlling project costs & schedules, as well as implementing & maintaining technology initiatives to support multinationals globally.

Justin is the Co-Founder and CEO of Saros Consulting. He is an experienced ICT professional and has successfully led multiple complex projects for large multinationals globally. He is passionate about driving organisational change through strategic solutions and project management ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, within scope and provide strategic value to the customer.

Barbara is our Chief Financial Officer. Over the course of her 20+ year career she has developed expertise across and beyond the finance function with extensive business partnering, planning, governance and leadership experience. She brings a passion for modelling and analysis to support high quality business decision making. Barbara has worked across a range of industries including telecoms, finance, aviation and retail, in both Irish and multinational organisations. She is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) with a primary degree in Mathematics and a Masters in Management Science.

Sandra Kacperowska is responsible for the global operations of Saros Consulting. She joined the company in 2020 and previously served consulting roles across pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Sandra supports strategic leadership across employee lifecycle initiatives to align Saros's strategy and function with its growth strategies. She is responsible for driving best practices across all operational aspects, including talent acquisition, human resources, marketing, and organisational development. She is committed to helping Saros continue to be a place where people can be themselves, grow their careers and thrive in their personal and professional lives. Prior to Saros, Sandra led a cross-functional teams delivering IT and business projects. Sandra holds an honours degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Technological University Dublin, a professional diploma in Advanced Negotiations from Harvard University and a professional diploma in Human Resources from University College Dublin. She sits on the management board of Saros and supports a non-profit organisation as a board Director.

Mark is the Director of Professional Services leading Saros’s consulting practise. Mark is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of professional services across all our existing clients. He oversees the execution and delivery of professional services, ensuring that all client engagements are delivered on time, within budget and meeting the highest of quality standards. He is responsible for allocating resources effectively to meet client demands. This includes assigning the right people with the necessary skills to projects and managing workloads. He has over 25 years’ experience delivering a wide variety of transformational Global IT projects for companies across Ireland, EMEA, Americas and Australasia. Mark has considerable experience across Government, Telecom, Retail and Financial Services sectors. Over his career he has developed a well-rounded background in software-based and infrastructure technical project delivery Before joining Saros Mark was a Senior Engagement Manager with Amazon Web Services leading AWS’s Irish Professional Services team. Mark is passionate about helping our customers in all aspects of program delivery and is PMP qualified, a Certified Scrum Master and Prosci Change Management Practitioner. He holds a Masters of Science in Management of Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Diploma in Computer Science from Technology University Dublin.
